Juliette Schultz, Owner
Juliette has more than ten years of well-earned experience. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in advertising and marketing from Ferris State University. Career positions include: vice president of production for Eagle Marketing, account executive for Amherst & Reeves and marketing director for Corbin Design. A successful entrepreneur, she is currently the proud owner of Spark, a full-service marketing firm, founded in January of 2001, headquartered in Traverse City, MI.

Doug Schultz, Operations Manager/Graphic Design
Doug joined Spark in October, 2001 as a graphic designer with over ten years of experience, bringing a comprehensive background of design skills. Doug graduated magna cum laude from Ferris State University with a degree in visual communication in 1995. He has worked for design firms in South Dakota and Colorado, designing CD-ROM and Web site graphics, corporate identities, and standards manuals and assisting in the design of online identity management tools. Before that, he earned a Bronze Star for exemplary service as a U.S. Army sergeant in Operation Desert Storm. Some of Doug's past creative work includes designing identity standards manuals for Old Mission Windows, Traverse City, MI and developing online identity standards manuals for Covenant Healthcare Systems, Los Angeles, CA.

Shelly Klein, Project Manager
A graduate of Michigan State University's advertising program, Shelly Klein has more than 18 years of diverse marketing experience. From developing comprehensive media schedules and collaborating with clients/internal staff to sales and project management, Shelly's natural ability to multitask is extraordinary. Her previous experience includes development and implementation of multimillion-dollar media plans for Ford Motor Company and Kraft General Foods.

In a relatively short amount of time, Spark has evolved from a one-person office into a large, well-organized, professional operation with consistent repeat business from corporate clients.
